Job Overview

A challenging leadership role within the Doka Group, driving technology and productivity advancements across the Supply Chain. Reporting directly to the Vice President Supply Chain, this position requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for the Supply Chain, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.
  • Establish and manage the Technology & Productivity Development department, driving employee growth and development.
  • Implement centralized governance and alignment across the Supply Chain, ensuring seamless coordination and control.
  • Budget planning and controlling for T&PD, with a focus on optimizing resources and investments.
  • Manage and support strategic projects, expanding the global production and supply network to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Qualifications and Requirements

We seek an experienced professional with a technical or business background, complemented by international experience in production/technology and management expertise.

  • Ideal candidate has a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • International professional experience in production/technology, preferably in Asia.
  • Management experience in an internationally operating industrial company, such as the automotive industry.
  • Experience in implementing projects to improve productivity and increase competitiveness.
  • Ability to initiate and implement change, motivating employees to drive results.
  • Resilience, implementation strength, and a strategic solution-oriented approach.
  • High leadership and communication skills, with lean thinking expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with German being an asset.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
