Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our international team driving projects in ion trap systems.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing multi-discipline project teams across various Infineon sites with focus on technology development and assembly.

In this role, you will interact with different stakeholders, including reporting to internal management, steering committee, and external customers. You will strengthen the collaboration and relationship with customers through both remote meetings and face-to-face workshops.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Quantum Mechanics, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in semiconductor technology development or physics, with at least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills, also within intercultural teams.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with both pragmatic and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary estimated at around €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your expertise and skills.
  • Additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification.
  • A higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
  • The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
