We are in search of a Legal Counsel to support us on this remarkable journey.

Your Role

As the Legal Counsel at Prewave, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all legal and contractual aspects related to acquiring new clients.
  • Engaging in legal negotiations with prospective clients and drafting contracts that align with technical and business requirements.
  • Delivering proactive and business-oriented legal guidance and transaction support across various departments.
  • Assisting our Legal Team in enhancing internal processes and overseeing the expansion and management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
  • Coordinating external legal support when necessary.
Your Qualifications
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
  • A law degree from an Austrian or German university.
  • Expertise in contract and commercial law, intellectual property, and data protection law.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and technical proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent negotiation and client-facing skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for a startup environment.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • A valid work permit for Austria.

  • Proficiency in programming.
