Your Mission

As our Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all legal and contractual matters related to the acquisition of new customers
  • Conducting legal negotiations with potential customers and setting up contracts that meet technical and business requirements
  • Providing proactive and business-focused legal advice and transaction support across different departments
  • Supporting our Legal Team in optimizing internal processes and overseeing the expansion of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
  • Coordinating external legal support when necessary
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, with 2+ years working with a SaaS product
  • Law degree from an Austrian or German university
  • Proficiency in contract, commercial, intellectual property, copyright, and data protection law
  • Understanding of SaaS-related concepts and technical acumen
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and client interaction skills
  • Collaborative spirit and interest in a start-up environment
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Valid work permit for Austria
