Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement modern data and AI solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions
  • Analyze technological possibilities and feasibility to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing data solutions and platforms
  • Business-specific know-how, e.g., in Sales, Logistics, or other relevant fields
  • Strong conceptual skills to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • A proven track record of delivering successful data and AI initiatives that drive business value
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Estimated Salary

The minimum salary based on the IT collective agreement is EUR 4,346.00 gross/month (ST2 Regelstufe). The actual offered base salary ranges from EUR 4,100 to 5,000 gross/month on a full-time basis, depending on qualifications and experience.
