As a Procurement Specialist, you will engage in a thorough analysis of product requirements, pricing structures, and supplier landscapes to curate an optimal mix of products and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehensive Market Analysis: Conduct systematic evaluations of market conditions, existing suppliers, and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
- Strategic Purchasing Development: Formulate and execute procurement strategies tailored to specific categories of materials.
- Collaborative Product Development: Actively contribute to product innovation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Supplier Management: Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, classification, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess product and supplier portfolios to ensure long-term supply reliability, categorizing suppliers based on risk levels.
- Educational background in commerce (e.g., HAK) or advanced commercial/technical education (university, FH); several years of experience in procurement is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (experience with Navision or SAP is a plus).
- Possess strong organizational skills, negotiation capabilities, and a confident demeanor.
- Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, independence, and sociability.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41.
