Drive Innovation in Knitwear Design

We are seeking a skilled Knitwear Designer to drive the product development of our high-end knitwear collection forward.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail. With extensive experience in 3D knit, yarns, and knit techniques, you will be responsible for creating designs that meet the highest quality standards.

As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our garment suppliers in Europe and Asia to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our trimmings supply. Your expertise will also play a crucial role in overseeing the development of our quality processes.

Trend Research and Innovation

You will be at the forefront of trend research, driving cutting-edge ideas and features into our knitwear products. Your creativity and strategic thinking will enable us to stay ahead of the competition and deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new knitwear products for men and women
  • Work closely with the Pattern and Technical Development team to lead fittings and ensure high-quality results
  • Manage SAP data and create Techpacks to streamline operational processes
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our purchasing processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in 3D knit, yarns, knit techniques, bestseller shapes for menswear and womenswear
  • Strong trend research and market research skills
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity

Compensation

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
