Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Revenue Manager, der unsere Einnahmen maximieren und unsere Vertriebsstrategien weiterentwickeln möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Geschäftsstrategie spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Gezielter Verkauf: Maximierung der Gesamteinnahmen durch gezielte Verkaufsstrategien und -taktiken.
  • Datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung: Analyse von Daten und Entwicklung von Strategien, um unsere Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen zu optimieren.
  • Trendbeobachtung und Marktanalyse: Identifizierung von Wachstumspotenzialen und Prognose von Marktveränderungen, um unsere Strategien anzupassen.
  • Budgetierung und Prognose: Erstellung von jährlichen Budgets und regelmäßigen Prognosen in Absprache mit dem Hotel General Manager.
  • Vertriebsstrategien: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien für unsere Region, um unsere Einnahmen zu maximieren.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Durchführung von regelmäßigen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um unsere Strategien anzupassen.
  • Angebotskalkulation: Kalkulation von Angeboten und Vertragstarifen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team.
  • Arbeit mit PMS und Channel Manager: Durchführung von Arbeiten mit unseren Hotelverwaltungssystemen und Online-Vertriebskanälen.
Profil
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Revenue Management, vorzugsweise bei einer Tourismusmarke.
  • Kenntnisse von Hotelverwaltungssystemen und Online-Vertriebskanälen.
  • Flexibilität, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, in einem sich ständig verändernden Unternehmen zu reagieren.
  • Kreativität, Kundenorientierung und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Strategische Denkfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, geschäftliche Entscheidungen zu artikulieren und zu überzeugen.
