Signal Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to join our Design Enabling and Services team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing system-level Signal & Power Integrity simulations to improve the early-stage predictability of Analog Mixed-signal IP within the final application.
Key Responsibilities- Develop system-level Signal & Power Integrity simulations to improve the early-stage predictability of Analog Mixed-signal IP within the final application.
- Contribute to circuit design solutions & system definition by performing EM modelling, parametrization & simulations of complete system.
- Perform simulations vs measurements correlation to improve the accuracy of developed models enabling design space exploration & optimization.
- Pro-actively interact with design, layout and application engineers to identify, understand and mitigate potential SI & PI issues during early design stage.
- Masters degree/Ph D degree in electronics with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in EM modeling and system-level simulation.
- Experience of working with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. Ansys EM Suite, Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity) & circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
- Solid background in High-Speed Interfaces simulations & performance analysis (Knowledge of thermal modelling & simulation is a plus)
- Experience with Python programming & MATLAB.
