Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Solution Architect CRM Expert to spearhead the effective implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to meet our organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team
  • Design and develop solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing applications and processes
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and implementation plans
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in CRM technology
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on CRM solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification(s) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
