Project Manager Commercial Vehicle Integration
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial vehicle integration projects from concept to series production. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing international project teams, ensuring process-compliant target achievement, and setting and monitoring necessary measures for target achievement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial vehicle development projects from concept to series production
- Lead international project teams
- Ensure process-compliant target achievement and set necessary measures
- Manage and involve project stakeholders through targeted communication
- Support sales within project scope
- Manage change, time, and resource
- Ensure project management regarding technical progress, quality, and costs
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Completed education in mechanical engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in vehicle development
- Sound experience in managing SOP projects
- Knowledge of customer systems/processes of well-known OEMs is an advantage
- Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
- Strong social and intercultural skills
- Analytical thinking, solution orientation, and perseverance
- Sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel about 20 percent worldwide
- Very good in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. We will offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
