Overview

We are seeking a talented Global Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting various countries in creating impactful plans that align with our overarching strategy to grow our user base.

Salary and Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is € 2,095.00 gross per month. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job DescriptionData-Driven Optimization

You will screen markets based on key program indicators to identify areas for enhancement. Your tasks include coordinating documentation on SharePoint, ensuring content is continuously updated, and revamping the Best Practices section.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

This role provides an opportunity to enrich global initiatives being launched to uplevel and upskill the Student & Field Marketing team globally. You will bring potential new solutions and insights that could provide business value in multiple areas, whether it's levelling guidelines on internal systems, assisting with training development, or leading the creation of entirely new projects to surprise consumers globally.

Coordination and Support

In this exciting role, you will support markets in various ongoing and new projects, as well as provide support by working with current platforms. You will also work cross-functionally with multiple HQ areas to ensure full alignment and communicate effectively with different stakeholders and program team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree (Business Administration/Marketing/IT and Computer Technologies) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; German is considered a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Documents).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, process-driven, structured, and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly committed, flexible, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving mentality and a team player attitude.
