An Assistant role unlike any other

Dance Marketing is a key component of Red Bull’s Global Culture Marketing program and has been expanding ever since our early beginnings in the world of dance, dating back to 2001. With the Red Bull Dance Program growing even further, we are on the look-out for a Team Assistant - Global Dance Marketing that would play a vital support function of the various dance properties within our dance portfolio Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Dance Your Style & Red Bull Dancers; as well as coordinating inter-departmental and external workflows.

**GLOBAL DANCE MARKETING PROGRAM SUPPORT**

As Team Assistant - Global Dance Marketing, you´ll work with the respective project leads to support the implementation of the global dance marketing strategy around our Dance programs and Red Bull Dancers, in line with the general brand strategy and global business goals. You´ll support in realizing marketing & promotional activities across our dance properties Red Bull BC One and Red Bull Dance Your Style.

**RED BULL DANCERS SUPPORT**

You´ll also support the Global Dance Relations Manager on the Dancer program by activating our International Red Bull Dancer around the world through competitions (battles), tours and performances. Here your scope would range from ideation of Dancer activations, to planning their various activities across the world, to operational execution of said plans.

**INTERFACE FOR ALL DANCE RELATED MATTERS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION**

In this role, you´ll act as the central interface for all Dance related matters and collaborate with our Media Network, Brand Marketing and Legal Teams to bring initiatives to life and ensure they are implemented and tracked accordingly. This will range from periodic reporting tasks, overseeing internal tools, process and supporting on partnerships efforts.

**Qualifications**:
University Degree in Business/Marketing; Or Equivalent Professional Experience

Excellent English & German skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event/artist management/coordination role

Team player, multi-tasker, communicator, open-minded, solution oriented, innovative and self-motivated with a can do attitude and focused on delivering results

Strong knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Passion for the Red Bull Brand & Dance Marketing

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1.945 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
