Um weiter zu wachsen, erweitern wir unser Team mit ehestmöglichem Eintritt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Bereich:

  • Du übernimmst wesentliche Aufgaben im Projektmanagement von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen, sowie die laufende Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern (Ausarbeitung technischer Dokumentationen, Vorbereitung der Kalkulation in Absprache mit dem Kundenverantwortlichen / Spartenleiter)
  • Du kommunizierst mit Lieferanten, holst Angebote ein und kümmerst Dich um das Sourcing von neuen Materialien,
  • Du erstellst diverse Angebote und organisierst und koordinierst internationale Lieferungen,
  • Du beauftragst Prüfungen und Kommunikation mit Testinstituten
  • Du verwaltest Verträge und sonstige projektspezifische Unterlagen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den verschiedenen internen Abteilungen sowie dem ManagementTeam zusammen,
  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Messe-Organisation
    • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Studium, HAK, HLW, HTL mit Matura)
    • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Aufgabenfelder - Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und Kundenorientiertheit sind wesentliche Grundlagen dieses Aufgabengebietes
    • Einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)

      • Das Bruttojahresgehalt liegt zwischen € 40.000 und 50.000 (auf Vollzeitbasis), Einstufung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

Das Mindestentgelt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Bekleidungsindustrie, Verwendungsgruppe III im 1. BJ (Einstufung je nach Erfahrung) € 2.100,53 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
