**Company Description**:
**Our Motorsports department at the headquarters in Fuschl am See manages all motorsports activities of the Red Bull world. We are now strengthening our team with a dedicated assistant for the Global 4-Wheel Offroad department.**
In this position you will be responsible for the administrative support of the Global Head of 4-Wheel Offroad and support the department in the planning, organisation and implementation of global offroad motorsports projects.
You’ll be acting as interface between the department head, the motorsports team members, other internal and external stakeholders and ensure a timely and professional handling of budgets, contracts and therefore contributing to the overall success of the department to achieve their goals
**Administration & Support**
In this position, you will support the Global Head of 4-Wheel Offroad and the rest of the team in all administrative matters, including the coordination of meetings as well as travel management. In addition, you will be responsible for responding professionally to partnership requests. Furthermore, you are responsible for arranging various presentations for the team.
**Communication**
As an assistant, you are the first point of contact for colleagues from the Red Bull countries and interested parties from the motorsport industry. You ensure a good communication flow within the motorsport teams as well as to other departments in the company. In addition, you also ensure smooth communication with athletes and teams and keep them up to date, branded and equipped.
**Project Support**
You support the planning and organisation of the current motorsport season. You will be responsible for ensuring the project documentation as well as the execution and reporting. During our business planning process, you will provide administrative support to the team and thus ensure that everything runs smoothly.
**Creative Support**
In this role, you will support the Global Head of 4-Wheel Offroad in creating branding for our various motorsport engagements. You will ensure that our branding guidelines are adhered to within our internal and external network.
**Qualifications**:
At least 4 years of professional experience in the administrative field or in an assistant position
Experienced in special project management
Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
Structured, systematic and accurate way of working with an eye for the big picture
Very good organisational skills, autonomous, strong communication skills
Creative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, self-motivated, networking and genuine team player, can do attitude.
Passion for the world of Red Bull and interest in motorsports
**Additional Information**:

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,181 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
