Maritime Event Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact during events and facilitate liaisons between PANSW, clients, and the security team on site.
  • Provide regular updates to Certis and PANSW on the progress of event service delivery that directly affects each client.
  • Ensure OEMP compliance on event days, in accordance with contractual arrangements with Certis security and its clients.
  • Escalate non-compliance to the Property Manager and develop a Contractor's EMP in accordance with any site specifications under individual contracts and the requirements of this OEMP.
  • Monitor adherence of sub-contractors to this OEMP and recommend required changes to the operator.
  • Consult with the Council, State Agencies, and the community as may be required by the OEMP.
  • Ensure all Security-related issues and matters are escalated to the security team and addressed by the allocated security-licensed team leader.
