Job Title: Information Systems Officer - Software Solutions Specialist

OCHA is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Officer to join our team as a Software Solutions Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to support the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions to meet the organization's needs
  • Implement and maintain software systems to ensure high performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and implementation
  • Provide technical support and training to users on software systems
Requirements:
  • Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and implementation
  • Strong technical skills in software development languages and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be based in Vienna, Austria and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. The candidate will be expected to travel occasionally to support software implementation and training.
