Lead Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our Employee Experience Team, you will be responsible for shaping the overall employee journey and creating a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and ensures a seamless experience from onboarding to exit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement employee experience projects and programs that attract and retain top talent across all channels with a focus on core strategic areas.
- Collaborate with other People & Culture colleagues and the Communications team to ensure consistent information flow and alignment of the Employee Experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and motivations of current and potential employees and develop messaging and programs that resonate with them.
- Manage and execute the assigned project and program budget.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Employee Experience initiatives and use data to inform future strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and recruiting teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer experience and branding and share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
- Extensive professional experience in the areas of HR project management/employer branding project management.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively when interacting with colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder and team satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- You find joy in tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Proactive, autonomous, and a real team player.
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with difficult time frames and deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €75,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
