Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Talent Development to lead and support the implementation of Talent, Learning, and DEI policies, practices, and programs across our Central Europe region. This role will drive and enable sustainable business performance by developing a pipeline of diverse, high-performing, and engaged employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business results and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver learning programs, culture initiatives, and DEI initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, ensuring their engagement and ongoing development.
  • Role model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to Otis' values and The Absolutes.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in HR or related field, with 8 years of experience in talent management.
  • Experience in managing talent in several European countries.
  • Fluent English, plus another European language in the geographical remit.
