Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Development to lead and support the implementation of talent, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, practices, and programs across our Central Europe region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of diverse, high-performing, and engaged employees and drive leadership awareness, commitment, and accountability for talent and DEI initiatives.
- Collaborate and participate in annual talent and performance cycles, learning programs, and culture initiatives; promote and co-design learning and development curriculums; drive engagement and enactment of DEI programs; measure and report on progress of these initiatives; and build awareness and accountability.
- Create a culture and environment where all employees feel they belong and can bring their whole self to work every day.
- Directly lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, ensuring their engagement and ongoing development.
- Role model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to our values in all daily work, decisions, and in the environment created for your team.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in integrated talent management and DEI strategies.
- Skilled in completing learning needs assessments and translating forecasted business capability needs to a strategic learning plan.
- Passionate about establishing a culture of belonging and a visible champion of this work.
- Program management experience, with demonstrated ability to design and deliver programs for a wide audience.
- Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments, with experience with data analytics preferred.
- Compelling storyteller, with ability to communicate in clear and inspiring ways, adapting appropriately to the environment and audience.
- Demonstrated success as a change agent and advocate for change.
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing and matrix environment as part of a global COE.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Masters degree in HR, with 8 years of experience.
- Experience in managing talent in several European countries.
- Fluent English, plus another European language in the geographical remit.
