Talent Acquisition Specialist for DACH Region

Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer-focused Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment process life-cycle, including intake, sourcing and marketing, resume submittals, interviews, calibrations, and offer processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand near-term staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss recruitment goals, challenges, and successes.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Intermediate experience in-house recruiter and/or recruitment agency experience is required.
- Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team preferred.
- Experience in recruiting positions within manufacturing or distribution area would be an asset.
- Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting, and/or behavioral-based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI) preferred.
- Collaboration tool experience with Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large-scale ATS preferred.
- CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) tools and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred.
- A competitive salary of 40,000 EUR per year.
