We are seeking a highly skilled AIA Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CeMM, the Research Center for Molecular Medicine, in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in AI, life sciences, and administration.

Reporting to Jean-Paul Chidiac, Head of Human Resources, you will work closely with our academic and corporate partners to develop innovative recruitment strategies and implement effective onboarding processes. Your goal will be to build a strong network of supporters and future alumni, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and a smooth handover of work tools, know-how, data, and quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Preparation of job advertisements in compliance with Austrian labor law, international search, application management, candidate communication, and structuring of unbiased and fair assessment processes.
  2. Visa and Residency Support, including advice on documents, monitoring expiry dates, issuing certificates, and communication with Austrian authorities.
  3. On- and Offboarding, supporting people from the moment of application and employment, throughout their time at the Institute, with staff and family services, and playing an important role in building a strong network of supporters and future alumni.
  4. Reporting on Recruitment Metrics.
