Operations Internship at CheckYeti GmbH

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team as an Operations Intern. As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing exceptional support to our customers and partners, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor bookings, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Maintain day-to-day operations, providing support to customers and partners
  • Take ownership of and resolve cases efficiently, ensuring exceptional service
  • Communicate with customers and partners via various channels, providing top-notch service
  • Build strong relationships with our international partners and customers to craft and ensure unforgettable experiences
  • Train and assist partners to utilize our back office and self-service tool to manage their bookings
  • Identify and address process weaknesses within the operations team
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Content Team to find and implement creative solutions, prioritize tasks, and achieve common milestones
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1) - proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to balance speed and attention to detail in work
  • Team player, eager to learn and open to feedback
  • Flexibility and availability to work during public holidays and weekends/high season
  • Passion for outdoor sports and/or the travel industry
  • Current student, graduate in a social science or business-related field, or exceptional talent from diverse sectors
