Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Controller to join our team at PLANSEE Composite Materials GmbH. As a key member of our global controlling team, you will provide strategic planning and analysis support to our Business Division Composite Materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the managing director and BD directors in all controlling matters related to strategy planning, sales, and margin analysis.
  • Develop and analyze global key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BD CM, including market share, sales development, pricing, margins, innovation performance, and working capital.
  • Design and interpret global business simulation models to support strategic projects, such as new business initiatives, production footprint optimization, portfolio management, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with Group Controlling and IT to develop new analytical tools and integrate with the global controlling and finance network.

Requirements

  • Ability to link controlling to global business strategies.
  • Academic degree in Business Administration or a related field, with multiple years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in English, with intercultural skills and a willingness to travel.
  • Excellent IT skills in SAP FI/CO modules and Business-Intelligence systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
