We are seeking a highly motivated and eager Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify, report, and track defects, and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases to guarantee our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure defects are identified, reported, and tracked.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and testable.
  • Analyze and report test results, including defects and issues, to stakeholders.
  • Participate in development processes, including cycle planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts.
  • Continuously improve our QA processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other QA engineers to share best practices and knowledge.

We expect our ideal candidate to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing, familiarity with tools like Selenium or Playwright, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Fluency in English is required. The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
