Property Asset Management Specialist

Asset Management Role:

STRABAG BRVZ GmbH stands as a leader in the construction and engineering industry, dedicated to fostering innovation and sustainable practices.

We are in search of a committed individual to strengthen our asset management division.

Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and identify key properties that meet future user requirements within the DACH and CEE regions.
Collaborate with real estate experts to enhance property management efficiency.
Negotiate Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements effectively.
Manage the entire leasing process from inception to finalization.
Perform detailed analysis and review of lease agreements during Due Diligence phases.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of commercial education or a relevant academic qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of international experience in asset management.
Strong negotiation skills.
A team-oriented individual with excellent communication abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Fluency in both German and English.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
