Real Estate Asset Manager Specializing in Rental Management

We are in search of a skilled individual to strengthen our asset management division.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and identify significant properties in line with prospective user requirements across the DACH and CEE regions.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals to facilitate property transactions.
  • Negotiate essential terms and conditions within lease contracts.
  • Manage the entire leasing process from initiation to completion.
  • Perform detailed analyses and assessments of lease agreements during the due diligence stages.


Qualifications:
  • Completion of commercial training or a relevant academic qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of global experience in asset management.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • A cooperative team player with excellent communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
