Real Estate Portfolio Manager with Rental Expertise

Asset Management Role:

STRABAG BRVZ GmbH is a leading organization in the construction and engineering industry, dedicated to progressive solutions and sustainable practices.

We are in search of a committed individual to strengthen our asset management division.

Primary Duties:
Evaluate and identify significant properties that meet future user requirements across the DACH and CEE regions.
Collaborate with real estate experts to enhance property management strategies.
Lead negotiations for Heads of Terms and Lease Contracts.
Manage the entire leasing process from start to finish.
Perform detailed analysis and review of lease contracts during Due Diligence phases.

Required Qualifications:
Completed commercial training or a relevant academic qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of global experience in asset management.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
A cooperative team player with excellent communication abilities.
Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Fluency in both German and English.
Proficient in MS Office software.
