Real Estate Asset Manager with a Specialization in Rental Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate essential properties that align with future user requirements within the DACH and CEE regions.
  • Collaborate effectively with real estate professionals.
  • Facilitate negotiations for Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements.
  • Oversee the entire leasing process.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and assessment of lease agreements during Due Diligence phases.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of commercial education or a relevant academic degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of international experience in the field.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
