Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkaufsleiter, der sich in unserer internationalen Industriegruppe einbringen möchte. In dieser vertrauensvollen und abwechslungsreichen Position werden Sie Teil unseres erfolgreichen Teams und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen zu nutzen.

Hauptaufgaben:
  • Erarbeitung der Einkaufstrategie gemeinsam mit der Einkaufsleitung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsleitung und Vertretung bei der Führung eines rund 5-köpfigen Teams
  • Analyse von internationalen Märkten zur Identifizierung von Potenzialen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des weltweiten Lieferantenportfolios
  • Verantwortung für Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einkaufsperformance und eines optimalen Bestandsmanagements
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe innerhalb der Abteilung
  • Leitung bzw. Mitwirkung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossene, bevorzugt höhere Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Einkauf (bzw. Beschaffung oder Logistik) in der internationalen Industrie
  • Führungstalent mit einer modernen, offenen Persönlichkeit und Freude, innovative Ideen einzubringen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, analytische sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Eigeninitiative
  • Deutsch-, Englischkenntnisse sowie IT-Affinität (SAP Praxis sehr vorteilhaft)
