About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Controller to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and transparent information, support, and performance enablers to the site management team.

As a Financial Director RSC Light Rail DACH, you will assist the Site Managing Director in all financial matters by providing guidance, interpreting data/figures, and acting as an interface between site functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and forecasting QCD financial indicators of relevant sites
  • Setting targets and establishing a control environment for cost management within sites to maximize performance
  • Controlling and validating financial data provided by site functions
  • Challenging and offering insights for risk or variance analyses
  • Providing financial support to business management, backed by consolidated data and analysis
  • Developing action plans to optimize performance and implementing corrective actions
  • Validating site budget, 3-Year Plan, Rolling Forecast, and Reporting
About You

  • At least 7 years of experience in Accounting/Controlling/Audit
  • Demonstrate Honesty and Integrity, Courage and Conviction

  • Very good Communication Skills needed to face many actors in the organization
  • Ability to Work in an International Environment
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
