We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Controller to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our site management team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and transparent financial information to the site management team.
- Assist the Site Managing Director in all financial matters, including interpreting data and acting as an interface between site functions.
- Monitor and forecast financial indicators for the relevant sites.
- Set targets and establish a control environment for cost management within the sites to maximize performance.
- Monitor financial flows and validate financial reports.
- Control and validate financial data provided by site functions.
- Challenge and offer insights for risk or variance analyses.
- Provide financial support to business management, backed by consolidated data and analysis.
- Provide all necessary analysis and assistance to the central management control team.
- Work at actual, forecast, and budget levels.
- Develop action plans to optimize performance and implement corrective actions.
- Follow restructuring and capacity extension plans if any.
- Validate the site budget, 3-Year Plan, Rolling Forecast, and Reporting.
- Set the environment to collect, consolidate, analyze, and validate financial data in order to produce actual budget and forecasts, draw conclusions on variances of resource allocation, and recommend corrective action.
- Manage the site controlling team.
