Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our Corporate Finance and Controlling team in Vienna or Graz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and planning for Corporate Europe, which encompasses Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities- Review and analyze monthly cost centers to ensure accurate capturing of costs and revenues.
- Prepare management reports to analyze budget-to-actual variances and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Senior Controller to develop the annual business plan and forecast.
- Review intercompany billing with the transfer pricing team to ensure compliance with tax requirements.
- Support internal and external audits regarding cost center queries.
- Analyze data and provide insights for specific business cases.
- Prepare management presentations when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
- Solid experience in Controlling and Accounting field.
- Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, data warehouse, and ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO).
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Proactive and self-starter independent mindset, demonstrating a hands-on approach to work.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and responsiveness to inquiries.

The minimum annual remuneration package for this position is EUR 50,000,- with corresponding qualification. The actual salary is higher and depends on your education and specific work experience.
