Financial Planning and Analysis Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Controller to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly performance reviews and detailed analysis
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial data and reporting
- Participate in monthly performance meetings and provide performance insights to internal stakeholders
We are looking for a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude and a hands-on mentality. You should have a structured approach and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively seek out opportunities for improvement. Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, XLCubed, or PowerBI is an advantage.
Requirements- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- First relevant work experience in FP&A, business controlling, consulting, process enhancement, or project roles with a financial focus
- Proficient/Fluent English language skills; German language skills are an asset
