Controller (m/f/d) - Financial Reporting and Analysis

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Controller (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Finance and Controlling team in Vienna or Graz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis for Corporate Europe, which encompasses Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities- Review monthly cost centers to ensure accurate capturing of costs and revenues.
- Prepare management reports to analyze budget-to-actual variances.
- Collaborate with the Senior Controller to develop the annual business plan and forecast.
- Review intercompany billing with the transfer pricing team to ensure compliance with tax requirements.
- Support internal and external audits regarding cost center queries.
- Analyze data and provide insights for specific business cases.
- Prepare management presentations when required.
- Solid experience in Controlling and Accounting field.
- Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, data warehouse, and ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO).
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Proactive and self-starter independent mindset, demonstrating a hands-on approach to work.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and responsiveness to inquiries.
