About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team at MeisterLabs Software GmbH. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement and maintain security policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Research and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage meeting room technology, order new equipment, and maintain an accurate hardware inventory.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, resolving daily IT issues and managing access to internal tools.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, managing complex IT environments effectively.
  • Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and advanced knowledge of Linux.
  • Skilled in configuring and maintaining office networks and WiFi, with hands-on experience in debugging network issues.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, focusing on security, compliance, and automation.
  • Basic scripting knowledge, with experience in writing shell scripts for macOS and PowerShell/BAT scripts for Windows.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with fluency in German as a strong advantage.
