Senior Project Manager for Commercial Vehicle Integration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial vehicle development projects from concept to series production, focusing on vehicle and drive integration.
  • Manage international project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, through targeted documentation and presentations.
  • Ensure process-compliant target achievement and implement necessary measures to meet targets.
  • Provide sales support within project scope.
  • Manage project resources, time, and changes to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee project management aspects, including technical progress, quality, and costs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project management.

Required Profile:

  • Completed education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or program manager in vehicle development.
  • Proven experience in managing SOP projects.
  • Familiarity with customer systems and processes of well-known OEMs is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with excellent customer interaction.
  • Excellent social and intercultural skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, solution orientation, and perseverance.
  • Sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Will to travel about 20% worldwide.
  • Very good command of German and English.

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
