About the Role

The Digital Sales Development team at SAP is responsible for guiding and influencing customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey. As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will play a key role in building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled and reconstituted nurturing campaigns.
  • Learn how to execute targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone and email, and hand over qualified leads to Sales using standard global process.
  • Understand how to nurture leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.

Campaign Execution & Lead Management

  • Learn the planning and execution of call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expert.
  • Support and cooperate with Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives.
  • Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
  • Support the generation and qualification of leads through proper means in alignment with management.
  • Pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution.
  • Regularly review lead pipeline and progression, and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports.

Training & Enablement

  • Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.
  • Be an active part of classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom, or mentor-lead activities.
  • Complete all enablement requested in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Current University student in Austria.
  • Study fields: Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation, etc.
  • Languages: proficiency in English and German is a must.
  • Bring preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer-facing experience, phone-centric work.
