Position: IT Enterprise Architect & Project Manager (f/m/d)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the optimization of Enterprise Architecture and lead various enhancement projects, including license optimization initiatives. Engage with IT architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring alignment between application architecture and the overarching enterprise architecture in support of our IT strategy. Facilitate workshops and meetings with IT and business teams to document and analyze the existing IT landscape. Maintain and update an application portfolio, ensuring it remains comprehensive and current. Identify and propose opportunities for optimizing the IT landscape, suggesting improvements and efficiencies.Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT architecture, application development, or a similar role. Experience in project management (IPMA certification is a plus). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Proven experience in conducting workshops and meetings, along with documenting technical and business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Technical proficiency in IT technologies. Familiarity with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and contemporary development practices. Solid understanding of application and enterprise architecture principles and design guidelines.Benefits:
