Responsibilities- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data ingestion from Jira, internal systems, and HR systems
- Work with Jira experts to ensure aligned data structure from Jira
- Develop scripts and automate data processing tasks
- Provide data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, data analysis, or data engineering
- 2+ years of experience in data processing and analysis
- Good knowledge of Power BI, Excel, DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake Analytical
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
