Job Description

This role is perfect for analytical professionals who love organizing data to present it in an easy-to-understand fashion. As a Data Engineer at Dynatrace, you will work closely with various stakeholders from the Office of Technology and Product, People Operations, Program and Product Management, and Product Teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain reports using Power BI.
  • Develop data models in Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
  • Utilize Excel with Power Query for specific processes.
  • Collaborate with another team on data ingestion from Jira and HR systems, ensuring data consistency and security.
  • Work with Jira experts to ensure an aligned data structure from Jira is provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or software engineer.
  • 2+ years of experience in data processing and analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Power BI.
  • Practical knowledge of SQL.
  • An analytical, result-oriented, and structured way of working.
  • Attention to detail to achieve high-quality data.
  • A proactive approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package with numerous benefits and advantages. The minimum salary for this position is € 56,000 gross per year, based on full-time employment, and we offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
