Digital Marketing Executive for Central and Eastern Europe

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing executive to join our team at Sportradar, a leading provider of sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. As a digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategies to expand our digital marketing solutions across Central and Eastern Europe.
About the Role- This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in delivering digital marketing solutions. Having worked with or within a marketing department of a major sportsbook is highly beneficial.
- You will work closely with programmatic, paid social, and paid search channel specialists on planning and execution of account strategy.
- Your primary goal will be to grow existing customers into 7-figure accounts, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business goals.
- Represent Sportradar at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting our brand and establishing thought leadership.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in growing business and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Serbo-Croatian language is a plus.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or communications.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
