Job Summary:

The Chief Motorsports Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies that engage and grow new consumer audiences. This includes creating differentiated and authentic content, developing new story angles, and identifying recurring content opportunities that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement media strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Create engaging and impactful content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of media plans.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future content and media strategy decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to adapt media strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams in the media field.
  • Extensive experience in media strategy development, content creation, and programming within the sports industry.
  • Possession of a passion for motorsports and understanding of its global landscape, trends, and consumer base.
  • Ability to develop media and content strategies that engage and grow new consumer audiences.
  • Team-player mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for this position is €2,229 gross per month. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
