Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the media field, focusing on team growth and development.
  • Mentor and empower team members to reach their full potential.
  • Work with global teams, serving as a key point of contact for countries, aligning on media strategy and facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • Create differentiated and authentic content, develop new story angles, and identify recurring content opportunities that drive engagement.
  • Develop media and content strategies that engage and grow new consumer audiences, focusing on entry-level and broader market reach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, network, and present to senior leaders.

  • Extensive experience in media strategy development, content creation, and programming within the sports industry.
  • Possession of a passion for motorsports and understanding of its global landscape, trends, and consumer base.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
