Consumer Activation Lead Germany/Austria

Job MissionWe are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Activation Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies tailored to our consumers. The successful candidate will focus on increasing sales and profits through defined priority products and categories, while ensuring strong execution across various marketing channels and product categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of a cross-functional team and responsibility for the consumer communication planning, implementation, and optimization of all consumer-targeted marketing activities for the German and Austrian markets.
- Development of holistic marketing plans to increase GUM brand awareness, D-to-C specific acquisition, and increase sales, taking into account the specific requirements, characteristics, and media landscape of the local markets.
- Managing the consumer marketing budget and controlling expenditure to maximize ROI and ensure the efficiency of marketing activities.
- Deploying and adapting brand's marketing campaigns and media plans for consumers developed at HQ level.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Digital Marketing & Sales).
- 4+ years of marketing and brand experience in Digital marketing, Direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or a similar customer-centric industry.
- Fluent German and English speaker. Any other European language is a plus.
- Strong in strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ambitious, and adventurous personality.
- Strong track record of managing digital marketing channels.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Self-driven, organized, and diligent personality.
