What to expect:

  • Team leadership, strategy, and task planning: Lead and motivate your team, develop and implement the damage management strategy, plan and budget your team.
  • Coordination and organization: Lead projects to identify optimization potential in damage expenditure, conduct strategic reviews and controls, develop guidelines and strategies for damage handling, create analyses and reports on the damage portfolio in close coordination with the actuary, coordinate the need and efficient use of expert opinions, audits, and expert opinions.
  • Participation in projects and processes: Work in regular planning processes, shape product development, especially our concrete performance promise, build and maintain strategic partnerships.

We expect:

  • Completed studies in law or economics.
  • Several years of experience in a claims or loss department in the financial sector.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Very good German language skills, as well as good English language skills.
