About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Lead to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our Product Management Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving product-related strategic topics and leading complex program-level initiatives that affect multiple org units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the overall business strategy, incorporating input from customers and community partners.
  • Partner with Product Leadership to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
  • Lead, strategize, and implement highly complex program-level initiatives that affect multiple org units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities, and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Leadership function, with a proven track record of leading and driving visions and strategies in an international environment.
  • Entrepreneurial & Growth mindset with experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
  • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver and help shape Dynatrace's goal and strategy.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
