Product Lead (f/m/x) for Cash Management International Plus

At Raiffeisen Bank International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team in Cash Management International Plus. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the cross-functional API team and driving the development of our anchor product, CMIplus, and our group-wide real-time payment hub.

We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who has a strong background in software development and product management. You will be responsible for creating the vision and goals for the team, prioritizing and refining the backlog, and driving the continuous agile transformation. You will also be responsible for effective stakeholder management, customer-facing product development, and identification of growth opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the product.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an agile environment, software proficiency in Jira & Confluence, and a strong affinity for IT/Engineering. You will also have practical experience in product development/product management, a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to embrace new challenges within the agile team to deliver best customer services.
