About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading our data acquisition capability, working closely with the Leadership Team to develop the vision, mission, and roadmap for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the data acquisition capability, aligning with the company's business goals.
  • Represent the leadership team and API of the capability, both internally and externally.
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of the capability, identifying opportunities for customer and business growth.
  • Support the leadership team with strategy, key investment areas, and resource planning.
  • Drive collaboration between departments and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Evaluate and enhance customer communication, aiming to improve support and escalation handling.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned product management professional with 7+ years of experience in a software product company. You should have a strong track record of leading product teams, with a proven ability to develop and execute product strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent role in a software product company.
  • 3+ years in a product lead role, preferably with larger teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Experience in the application performance or cloud space.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to handle complex conversations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on mentality and proactivity.
