About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Lead to shape and define our solution experience, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled value at every touchpoint with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and shape our solutions experience for exposing customer value, driving the solution experience for a product-led software company across major product areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience, increasing customer value and driving business results.
  • Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, needs, and pain points, gaining a deep understanding of customer expectations through effective collaboration, user research, and analysis of customer feedback.
  • Define and lead end-to-end customer journeys and workflows, collaborating hands-on with the Dynatrace team to create an outstanding product experience.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, optimizing new product deliverables in alignment with the product strategy to boost adoption and retention, ensuring the solution delivers engaging end-to-end user journeys that are intuitive, easy to use, and highlight the value of the area.
  • Drive strategies for boosting and effectively utilizing early adoption and hands-on testing, validating assumptions and gathering valuable feedback early on, leveraging internal customers, self-adoption of the product, and co-shaping value and differentiation hypotheses of new product opportunities.
  • Establish workflows for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative product usage in collaboration with the growth department, continuously enhancing and refining the user experience, ensuring the product evolves in response to changing user needs and market dynamics.
  • Improve in-product experiences to support growth initiatives for upselling and cross-selling within and across solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or 5+ years of experience in user experience leadership functions.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/CX, including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders.
  • Thinking outside the box, bringing market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects, aligned with Dynatrace's goals and strategy.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software.
  • Proactive and hands-on personality with a high drive and dynamic mindset.

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
